Methodical teacher of the intermediate level - Yoga Sport Class Teacher Training, Senior Beginners Class Teacher, IYSF A - Level Coach, 2 times World Yoga champion.

Almania started practicing yoga in 2010, and feeling the many benefits decided soon after to make it an essential part of her life. In 2011 she completed Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. She has extensively traveled and practiced in different studios and countries ever since. 2013 Almania entered her first competition and hasn’t stopped yet.

She won the European championship in 2015, 2017, and 2019, and the international championship in 2016 and 2018. She will forever be grateful for the IYSF community and the wonderful benefits she receives from competition.
