Cintra is a pioneer of Bikram Yoga.
She met Bikram in 1987 making her one of the most
experienced Bikram teachers in the world.
Cintra holds a rare certificate  from the Ghosh College of Physical Education.

She opened the first Hot Yoga Studio in Phoenix Arizona in 1992 directed it for 10years, and opened the first Hot Yoga studio in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and directed it for 5 years.

Cintra is an International Yoga Judge and presents at Teacher Trainings in London, USA and Europe.
