At my very first competition I had no yoga sport coach, I didn’t know about the scoring system of the competition and it didn’t go that well at all. But, I made up a 4 year plan to become a medalist at the World Championship and succeeded. Since then I won the Swedish, Nordic, European Championship and 2020 I won the IYSF International Virtual Yoga Asana Championship.
