Cancellation Policy
ORGANIZING LEGAL ENTITY “Yoga Sport World” (also written YSW) is an educational platform operated by the nonprofit entity “Cesky Sportovni Klub Jogy z.s.” (also written "CSKJ") domiciled in Prague, Czech Republic with registration number 01549014, and recognized by the Ministry of Sports of the Czech Republic. The “CSKJ” will be collecting all tuition fees related to the four regional training locations (Australasia / Europe / North America / Latin America) and will redistribute them later to the regional organisers. PAYMENT INCLUSIONS Two Beginners’ classes, practiced daily, during the 5 days of each week’s on-site training. Access to your regional studio’s classes, during the two days “break” each weekend. 4 hours of daily Instruction Session, 5 days a week, to improve delivery of teaching instructions. One 1.5 hour online lecture, 5 days a week on relevant topics, with a new theme each week. In some regions these lectures will be live, while in other regions they may be live-streamed, or recorded, to accomodate the different regional time zones. PAYMENT EXCLUSIONS Travel to and from your regional location (including travel insurance, when required). Accomodation in your regional location (this includes any quarantine accomodation, as required by your training region’s health authorities, before the TT program begins). All meals, and other personal expenses, while attending regional training. All medical and other health related expenses you may have during regional training. HEALTH REQUIREMENTS BEFORE & WHILE ATTENDING TRAINING Please provide a letter from your personal general practitioner stating that you have no physical, mental, or emotional contraindications to conducting a twice daily 90-minute hot yoga practice. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY YOGA SPORT WORLD The minimum total number of trainees, from all four regions, needed for the TT program to proceed, is 10 trainees. If the minimum number of 10 trainees is not reached, the TT training may be entirely cancelled and all trainees will be fully refunded. CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION BY A TRAINEE If a trainee cancels more than 60 days before the beginning of the training: Full Refund except the $200 deposit. After this date the refund is only 50%. If the trainee cancels after the training has begun: no refund. In the case of any refund, YSW will refund only the Program Price paid by the trainee when they registered.
